NTC22 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using Malaysia's Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the ntc22 platform.

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free credits, free spins, or other incentives provided by ntc22 to members in accordance with the stipulated terms.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Member Account

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your ntc22 account. This responsibility includes:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential — including from family members.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses or uses your ntc22 account.
• Notify the ntc22 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@ntc22.asia if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Keeping your personal information in your ntc22 account up to date whenever changes occur, such as a new phone number or email address.

Ntc22 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Ntc22 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 and processed in real time. ntc22 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. Deposited funds may only be used for wagering within the ntc22 platform and cannot be transferred to third parties.

The following conditions apply for withdrawal of winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.

• Activities that raise reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Inaccurate or false registration information.
• Violation of age eligibility or citizenship requirements.
• Requests from Malaysian law enforcement authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the ntc22 support team. 12 Legislation & Jurisdiction

• If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and reclaim any valid remaining balance.
